Hi, I’m January. Nice to meet you!
I am a licensed clinical social worker, specializing in trauma informed person centered counseling.
I enjoy working with people who are ready to engage in their healing journey.
It is my goal to provide a safe, enjoyable, therapeutic experience for you whether in my office, virtually, or in the barn with the horses.
I find value in including the whole person, body, mind and spirit in the therapeutic process. I believe that all people have the innate ability and right to heal and be healthy emotionally, spiritually and physically.
We work at your pace on your goals in a way that works best for you. After all, counseling should be all about you!
In addition to offering Equine Assisted Psychotherapy I offer trauma informed traditional talk therapy in a private home office situated on 10 beautiful wooded acres with access to private trails for walking and talking.
As a highly sensitive person myself I enjoy being around peaceful animals and being out in nature. You can even choose to invite my well behaved, lovable dog Monty to join our talk therapy sessions.
